What was the highlight of Servigroup Marina Playa
Simpatia e conforto. Hotel fantástico.
Podemos começar por mencionar a simpatia dos funcionários, que eram excepcionais e bastante prestáveis, sempre que solicitados foram bastante atenciosos com tudo. Incansáveis, mesmo. Recebidos sempre com um sorriso e lembravam-se sempre de nós. O hotel tinha condições bastante boas, desde a limpeza (hotel e quartos) ao conforto. No quarto então, não falhou rigoroamenre nada (melhor que imaginavamos). A comida era variada e muito boa, mesmo nós que temos algumas restrições (não comemos carne), haviam sempre opções diversas e de qualidade. Não temos nada a apontar. Tínhamos piscinas bastante cuidadas (de água salgada) e praia disponíveis, com espaço para toda a gente, o que é muito bom. Haviam sempre algumas animações ao longo do dia. Após o jantar, há animação para crianças e adultos no palco a partir das 22h até às 23h30/45, com o café e esplanada abertos a servir os clientes. Hotel só não excedeu as expectativas, porque poderia ter o bar da praia aberto até mais tarde. Durante a semana, fechava bastante cedo (cerca de 11h), enquanto que ao fim-de-semana fechava às 1h.
Não posso dizer que não tenha gostado de alguma coisa, porque gostámos de tudo. . Somente algumas coisas que penso que poderiam/deveriam ser melhoradas: Não sabemos se é normal, mas estávamos a contar que ao selecionarmos "refeições completas incluídas" no hotel, deveriam ter qualquer bebida incluida no almoço e jantar, mas tínhamos que pagar tudo, mesmo que fosse uma garrafa de água. Sinceramente, contávamos com uma bebida por pessoa, mesmo que fosse uma bebida simples, como uma água, cerveja ou copo de vinho. O que sentimos que faltou, foi que o bar da piscina e bar da praia, tivessem horário um pouco alargado ao final da noite (por exemplo até às 1h ou 2h), para descontrair um pouco ao final da noite. Ao fim-de-semana, o bar da praia fecha às 1h, o que não é nada mau. Mas de resto era normal fecharem mais cedo, inclusive acontece com frequência fecharem mais cedo que o previsto (horários indicados), se assim o entenderem, por estarem vazios mais cedo. Quando acabavam as animações do palco durante a semana, já era normal o bar da praia estar a fechar ou estar fechado (era o bar que fechava mais tarde), ficávamos assim sem mais nenhuma opção. Não tínhamos lá fora, indo a pé, outras opções para aproveitar.
